Returns Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Seaward. If for any reason, you are not, simply return it to the distributor you bought your test equipment from to discuss a solution. Should you not be happy with this solution please contact Seaward directly at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help you.

Should you be required to return your equipment back to Seaward please send it to Seaward, Bracken Hill, South West Industrial Estate, Peterlee, County Durham, SR8 2SW within 30 days of purchase, unused, complete with all accessories in its original packaging, with a copy of the delivery note and quote your account number and order number (if applicable).

You are responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return. Any Goods returned after 30 days as ’unwanted’ or ’incorrectly ordered’ may be accepted at the discretion of Seaward.
